Yesterday was my Grandma`s birthday, so I cooked a honeycake for us to drink tea with :)
The recipe was very easy, it didn`t took me much time.

If you will ever make a honeycake be very careful with shortcakes - the are VERY fragile. I understood how not to damage them only when I was almost done with cooking. To be true, I ruined one and added it to the cream :) For me the cream was too sweet, so next time I`ll try to add less sugar.
