first snow

First Snow is one of the events on my faculty I didn't tell you about before. It's an art festival for whole university, organized & bazed on my faculty (Faculty of Physics, to remind). There are a lot of contests whithin our festival - music, songs, photography, literature and etc. The newest contest is freezelight - if you are not familiar with it, it is "drawing" with light in front of the camera in darkness. I've tried once, and it is very funny.
Every contest has it's host from organization comitee, I'm the host of dance competition (what a surprise, no? :D) This year I had twice more participants than a year ago, and, as always, I'm very proud with my winners!
Also, I'm the host of Final Show - this is a show where we reward winners in every competition, and the ones which can show their performance (like song or dance), do it to public. This year we made our show at Moscow Hall - a nice club in the center of Moscow. Unfortunately, weather was awful, there was snowstorm for two days, roads were a real disaster, so there were not as many people as we expected.
But, all in all, it was real fun, I'm very proud to see so many gifted & talented people from my Uni.

New Year is coming, so every Cinderella needs a dress (and a prince obviously, but we'll talk about it later :)
My Mom (thank you, Mom!) found me a dress while browsing nearest to her workplace shopping center. Last weekend I went there to try it on. And I bought a dress. Two dresses. Both from Promod (thank you Promod, as well!)





You can find red dress here and black one here. Now I have two upcoming events soon - my friend's birthday party and pre-New Year evening in the theatre, jazz style one. I've actually made my decision about what dress I will wear to what event - and what is your choice?

new in

As one of the presents for my birthday I got a sertificate for one of the most popular russian cosmetic stores, L'Etoile. It meant that I can spend there some amount of money according to the sum of the sertificate. So, I've waited a little to understand, what do I really need - usually I buy make-up staff really rarely, cause usually in the morning I'm in such a depressive mood that I can't do any make-up (not to mention choosing nice clothes instead of picking the first thing I find in my wardrobe). It leads to my lipsticks, mascaras and etc. finish very rarely, I have quite a lot of things which I just don't have an opportunity to use in everyday life.
Here's what I came up with, hopefully I will start making make-up more often, cause, to be honest, all this doesn't fit into my cosmetic bag already...

one dubna day

I spent two wonderful days in Dubna few weeks ago. There's nothing to say - I've been living in Moscow for like 8 years now, but still consider Dubna as my native city. Feel something fantasnic being there!
I want to share it with you, guys :)


Just came home - view from my windows to the lake & shopping center "Mayak" ("Lighthouse")

The reason I came to Dubna - I was changing my passport as far as I turned 20 not that far ago :) That was a quest, because a lady at the passport center didn't like my photo for no reason. So, I have something like 45 minutes before the end of the working day, sore feet and no other chance to come with my documents at this weekend. And I managed this! I mention this because I had a story like this when I made a foreign passport last year. It's a fate.
