nike training club app

Special post today - post about trainings and healthy lifestyle, which is not about me at all - hard to find less non-sport girl than me. But once I found Nike Training Club app in AppStore, and since than my sport life started.

Особый пост сегодня, пост о тренировках и здоровом образе жизни - то, от чего я, честно говоря, далека. По крайней мере, была до недавнего времени. Совершенно случайно я нашла в AppStore приложение Nike Training Club, и с тех пор мое отношение к спорту изменилось.


The app is completely free and I believe there's one for Android as well. Among lots of sports apps this is the most handy and effective one I've ever seen. The only minus I've heard is that is only for women, no men analogue :)

Приложение абсолютно бесплатно и на русском языке. Наверняка такое же есть и на платформе Android. Единственный минус, который я заметила - отсутствие аналога для мужчин, о чем они возмущались в комментариях в AppStore :)


It's quite easy to start a workout - choose your goal - slenderness, tonus, strength or special 15-minute workouts; than pick your experience level, choose a workout and music and you're good to go! There is a PLENTY of different workouts you can choose, every excersice has a video and photo instruction. The app counts time for every excersice and even cheers you up sometimes :) While you're training, you get new badges and awards - special workouts created by the most famous sporstmen of the world, healthy recipies and other things. Also you can check out Nike sport clothes in the app and find the nearest shop.

Начать тренировку очень просто - выбираете цель - стройность, тонус, сила или специализированные пятнадцатиминутные тренировки, затем нужно выбрать уровень подготовки, найти нужную тренировку, настроить музыку и начать заниматься! Различных тренировок ОЧЕНЬ много, к каждому приложению есть видео- и фото-описание с подробной инструкцией; приложение отсчитывает время для каждого упражнения и даже подбадривает во время особенно сложных моментов :) Занимаясь все больше и больше, вы получаете новые бейджи и награды - новые тренировки от самых известных спортсменов мира, полезные рецепты и многое другое. Прямо в приложении можно посмотреть спортивную одежду Nike и найти ближайший к вам магазин.


I'm totally sure that you don't always need to attend gym and spend your money on personal trainer. If you're not a bodybilder you have to have very simple equipment - dumb-bells, phone and the most important - will to change yourself. I feel myself more free when I'm not tied up with busy workout schedule. Just when I have time, I turn on TV and start a workout, you can always find 15 minutes to make a contribution to a new body.

Я уверена - не обязательно нужно покупать абонемент в спортзал и тратить деньги на персонального тренера. Если вы не бодибилдер, достаточно самых простых вещей - пары гантелей, утяжелителей, телефона и главное - желания изменить себя. Мне гораздо проще не связывать себя походами куда-либо. Я просто включаю телевизор и начинаю тренироваться, всегда можно найти 15 минут чтобы сделать маленький вклад в копилку нового тела.

some new makeup stuff

Small beauty haul I made recently. Probably, I would never dedicate a special post for such a thing, but the photo looks so nice! While it's summer, I definetely have to make more photos outside.

Here we have:

Maybelline Color Sensational Lipliner in Clear - I were searching for transparent lip pencil for a while, it's such a handy thing, you can use it with lipglosses or lipsticks of any color. No bleeding, helps to keep a lipstick on your lips, there's no danger that you'll make a wrong line and will have to start from the beginning (it's transparent, hey!). I also use it with coloured lipliner to keep this in place.

Catrice Lip Appeal Lip Gloss - in perfect nude shade. Lipgloss is fine, nothing spectacular but it's okay, I keep it in my "to-go" makeup bag.

Daily Wants Cuticle Balm - nice thing, I like it. Good for cuticle moisturising, smells good and not oily, so it doesn't leave spots on your clothes.

I've just realized that lately my breakfasts looked good enough to picture it for my "june everydays" post, and I got enough to make a separate one. No master-chief or clean-eating claims, just enjoy!

Maybe you remember my postcrossing post? After that I've sent some postcards and received some back. I can't express how touching is that - I've got postcards from the Netherlands, England, Estonia, Germany and Hungary. The one with cats is handmade, a woman who made it has three children who's much older than I am. You have to try it, this is my sincere advice, it will give you amazing emotions.

Не могу передать, как это трогательно, получать письма от незнакомых людей со всего света - мне пришли ответы из Нидерландов, Англии, Эстонии, Германии и Венгрии. Открытка с кошками самодельная, их делает женщина, у которой трое детей и все они гораздо старше меня. Обязательно попробуйте, получите невероятные эмоции.


Oh, hi crazy cat!

I'm back from Germany! This trip was totally amazing, I'm still overwhelmed with feelings and emotions, and I will share it with you very soon! I still have some posts prepared before leaving, so decided to go with it first. My today's post is about a purchase which I will cherish for years - Jeremy Scott Adidas Wings 2.0 Flag Red Blue Shoes. I saw it for the first time half a year ago and fell in love. When I finally found it online (it's not on sale in Moscow) had to order immediately. It's awesome, the coolest sneakers I've ever seen in my life. Even in Russia, where people are not used to be very friendly, I get some compliments, people who know who Jeremy Scott is look in astinishment, that is very pleasant. I'm quite a shy person, but I need and have some pieces of clothing which make me get attention - you have to be a little different sometimes, I think.

Я вернулась из Германии! Поездка была замечательна, фотографий и впечатлений море, и очень скоро я всем с вами поделюсь! Но у меня еще остались заготовленные до отъезда посты, и сегодняшний - о моей недавней покупке, Jeremy Scott Adidas Wings 2.0 Flag Red Blue Shoes. Увидев их полгода назад, я просто влюбилась, не смогла удержаться и сделала заказ во время экзаменов - в Москве они увы не продаются. Посылка пришла, и я просто в восторге, это самые крутые кеды, которые я когда-либо видела. Даже в России, где люди обычно совершенно необщительны, мне делают комплименты на улице, понимающие люди "шеи сворачивают", что не может не быть приятным. Я довольно застенчивая, не люблю сильно привлекать внимание, но есть у меня несколько вещей, которые явно наденет не каждый... хочется иногда побыть не совсем собой! :)
